After 1 year experimenting coffee, i understood that it was bad for Candida.
Let me explain. I have decided to drink coffee for 1 year. I discovered that my health conditions worsened. I especially noticed that chronic fatigue came back. Here i am not talking about a problem that happened in the short term but over the course of several months.
I started to drink Bancha green tea again as much as i did before (1 liter 50) everyday and i have noticed a cleansing of my body right away.
First of all, i had die-off reactions at the very beginning. The more i drunk tea and the more i had die-off reactions. Then, the bowel movements slowed down weeks after weeks. I do think that Bancha green tea (and not any type of other tea) is a candida killer. I am not talking about commercial teabags but real loose leaf tea that you will put in a teapot.
When i started to drink tea again, i have felt the same thing as when i have drunk green tea for the first time. I had dizziness, much more brain fog, negative thoughts just like i really when i really suffered from die-off. I used to wake in the middle of the night and get paranoïd just like at worst time of my disease. But in the course, of 10 days all of that calmed down. I used to wake up and the night and the “insomnia” lasted less and less.
As for everything, because of brain fog it is always difficult to know what works and what does not work about candidiasis.
Just like for any food that raises the blood sugar level, i think that it gives a feeling of satiety to the body but i am not sure about it. Nevertheless, i am sure that Coffee does not help to recover from candidas overgrowth and that coffee worsen the situation.
Desire of drinking coffee & being mind control:
I think that when we have a candida overgrowth we are mind control by candida and we want to drink and eat everything that is favorable to candida overgrowth: sugar, high carb food, soda, coffee… If i compare coffee to alcohol in the long term, i can tell you, i don’t know if coffee is not worst that alcohol for candidiasis.
